Due to the artisanal and customized nature of our products, we accept returns only in cases of products delivered broken or damaged. If you receive a product in these conditions, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return process.
Initial Contact: If the product has arrived damaged, send us a report to the email address info@keeen.design within 14 days of receipt, including the order references, a detailed description of the problem, and photographic material that clearly demonstrates the damage.
Evaluation and Approval: We will review your report to determine if the damage falls within our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Organization of Return Shipment: If the return request is approved, KEEEN will directly take care of organizing the return shipment. The product subject to return must be delivered back in its original packaging, including protective packaging. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions to prepare the product for return.
Refund or Replacement: Depending on your preference and availability, we may offer a full refund or a replacement of the damaged item.
Our products are handcrafted and may have variations and imperfections that add uniqueness and value to each piece. These characteristics are not considered defects and are not a valid reason for a return.
